Do the FYE stores have their ads in the store? BB does, where you can walk in grab an ad and walk around w/ the ad? I can't find the ad in my paper..

I never heard anything about a rebate until now. Where do you get the rebate from?
 
the DVDs are 14.99, 9.99 after rebate. how do i know? i work at wherehouse music owned by twe.. anywho ive known about this sale for about 2 weeks or so but yeah, the rebates (if your store offers them) should be on a 'rebate counter' or they should give them to you.

btw, the xbox is still 119 after rebate, and the dvd remote is 9.99 after rebate
 
Picked up seasons 2 and 3 (already had 1) from the FYE in the Dallas Galleria. No mention of a rebate anywhere for them.

They also had 50 packs of FujiFilm 80min CD-Rs for $12.99 - $10.00 rebate, so I picked up a box of those too 🙂
 
Picked up season 3 at FYE in Columbus, OH, wasn't worth the gas to go to CC to PM. No mention of a rebate, didn't see any in the store either. I asked them if they had an ad i could have, he said they only print ads at Christmas time.

I had to go to two locations to get mine today. Someone had walked out with all 16 copies about 10 minutes before I got to my nearest FYE!! (eBay anyone). Anyway, I managed to get them at another location, so thanks for the post.

Got mine too. I forgot to ask about the rebate though. Oh well, I'm fine with 30.00 for Seasons 2 and 3.

I never asked for the rebate, and was unaware of it, until I read the display tag. It was a Trans-World Entertainment DVD Rebate slip, that they gave to me at the register.. Honestly, I probally won't even end up sending it in, seeing as I really don't wanna cut the UPC off the box, and the last $5 Trans-world Rebate took 2 1/2 years to get. I think the $15 each was a hot enough deal for me!
 
Don't cut your UPC !! Transworld will accept the barcoded price sticker that they stick outside the shrink wrap. This has been done time and time again by folks over at DVDTalk, never a single one denied. I've done at least a dozen that way.

really?? must be a relatively new thing.. They must've got tired of people complaining (like me)! I did that with Season 1 of Oz that I bought almost 2 1/2 years ago, they wouldn't honor it, so I had to re-send the original UPC cut off of the box, and I just got the rebate about 2 weeks ago. I'll give it another try that way, I'll only be out $.74 cents!
