NICE: I have season 1 and 2. I got season 1 from black friday from BB for ~10 dollars. Then I got season 2 w/Simpsons Hit and Run for 30 bucks (and I sold the game Ebay for the same price). Thanks AT for all my simpsons deals. Season 3 here I come!

first of all, what is FYE, i've heard that acronym used more than once on these forums and i haven't put the pieces together yet.
ok, whoever it was who ragged on the old Simpsons seasons and gave praise to the current seasons should be shot and forced to work as a janitor in the fox network corporate headquarters. Rupart would have a good time sharing his corporate monopolization stories with you.
the reason this bothers me so much is because, being a Simpson fan since i was only a wee lad, the show was in its prime from season 3 to season 6. after that, it went to the toilets. matt groening decided to go with futurama, james earl brooks had other ideas, and some new asshole producer drove it to the gutter with his employing of dead end, tasteless writers. oh yeah, and Conan got his own late show.
if anyone here is thinking of buying any Simpsons seasons, do yourself a favor and stick to 3 - 6.

Shouldn't be too hard to get a PM done. The FYE's around here have gotten stacks of 8.5 x 11 advertisements they're supposed to be handing out as soon as the promotion begins that display the 14.99 price very prominently. And that is 14.99 out the door, no MIR involved.

I'm fully aware of the fact that there are B&M's but I was suggesting that for those who don't have a FYE nearby to get one or to get an ad from FYE. I will personally heading to the one at the Irvine Spectrum. Good stuff.

well, i had to drive clear to the other side of town to get to a fye that had a rebate form for the ps2...
conversation store 1: "hey, can i get a rebate form for the ps2?" "whut rebate? we don't have a rebate on the ps2 -- we got one on the xbox..."
conversation store 2: "can i help you?" "yes! do you have any playstations in stock?" "yes, and we have a rebate on it that brings it down to $119 after rebate..."

Yeah, that's legit. There really are FYE stores in Oregon. Why would you suspect the list of locations wasn't legitimate?
