Looks like he cancelled about 20 bids, so he could end his auctions without selling the items.

HE's Johnwoo2 now . . .

Look at the Me page for .johnwoo2

Hello my regular account has been screwed up by E*AY
My regular and spottless account has been put on hold by E*ay Because I changed credit cards and monthly bill was rejected. I am using this one until my current and primary one is fixed. E*ay is taking their sweet time.. although they were quick to put it on hold if I miss one payment?! Oh well so if you have any questions email me and I can provide phone number and any questions you may have. Thanks

Even has a link to his old feedback

I just called & spoke to a csr named Missy. I ordered on the 3rd, and my status still shows as sent to warehouse. She told me that they are currently out of stock, that they expect more in on the 14th, and that I will be receiving the one I ordered and the free one.

I take it all with a grain of salt, as should anyone who reads this. They haven't charged my card, so if they show, they show.

Hey now, wait a second...
Levelheadedness is not allowed in this thread TheBigZ.
Your yell percentage, cynicism level, and overall indignation are much too low to be tolerated here!
Either sink down to their level or I will be forced to bid you good day sir!

I agree, Thebigz, you're too laid back for me.

You didn't even add any pontifications to the brothers here in the forum on the evil of trying to make a profit on fleabay like SUPEROB. Who posted the intent to do so here and on Fatwallet. Get the right attitude from him for god's sake, SUPERROB thinks you should throw the extra away rather than sell it. I wonder what he does with his extra unit. Probably hooks up all 32 of his computers. I have a few suggestions where to put it.

I don't know where you're getting off, DealyDo. In fact, I am keeping both switches (check my FleaBay Profile, I don't have any for auction, and never did), and using them to set up a nice home network / lab, exactly as I claimed. I'm in IT for a living, and being able to bring machines home from work and just plug them in would be nice.

I could care less if you sell your extra switch. Go for it. I take issue with people trying to sell them on FleaBay before they even POSSESS the item! I also take issue to those that ordered multiples just so they could sell them and make a profit, screwing most of us in the process.

Finally, I NEVER threatened to ruin anyone's reputation on FleaBay, nor did I ever claim I would try to win those auctions (and have never bid on any of them). I'd appreciate it if you would keep your criticism of me grounded in facts. You got a problem with me? Fine, but don't make up things when you have no real reason other than my attitude.

Edited for spelling.

Damn straight I want to start a revolution. I begins now. Everyone call buy.com just to compain. If you have a good internet connection use dialpad.com to call and play a recording of a cow taking a crap. Flood there web page with requests. Hell take the thing down if you can. We have to show buy.com we mean business and will not stop until we get our way. Also, everyone send away for papers from the BBB and make sure the CS bitch knows it!! We can win, it will take work, long nights of calling and complaining. Tell everyone you know to join the ABCO, Anti Buy.Com Organization. Tell all your friends, all your neighbors, your teachers, your grandma. WE WILL MAKE GLOABAL HELL FOR BUY.COM TIL WE GET ARE SWITCHES AND ARE NO LONGER BULLSHITTED BY THE EVIL COOPERATE FORCES OF BUY.COM.

Let it begin.

I asked today, buy.com will pay for shipping back. When you get an RMA, you can print a ups prepaid sticker or something to put on the box.

Mastercoil, I was just joking around. I think you're taking this a little too far, and even if you don't think so...then think how much time and energy you're putting in to get them to ship you another switch. (which btw, you probably don't even need.) Is all that time really worth another switch, you might as well go out and get a job and make some real money.

Thanks, DealyDo. That's much better. That sure took the edge off your ridiculous accusations. :|

Hey guys, wanna have some fun with Buy.com? When you get your switch, call Buy.com and ask where your switch is. When they say that it was shipped to you, do this ...

Well, yeah, I got that switch. But that was my free one. I'm wondering where the switch that I PAID for is.

No matter what they say, insist that the one you receieved is your free one, and you want the one that they've charged you for. :D

What's ridiculous is your hounding of the Fleabay crowd. We're just trying to follow the example set up by Buy.com.

Well again according to Dana CS they are sending the Free Switch at the end of the month, she knew right off about this so apparently they are convinced to send us the Switches at the end of the month or at least the people who recieved theirs.
Thanks,
Sonic625

Anyone else print a RMA Package Thing (where they pay for your shipping) and it came out in all purple (besides the print on the label which is black, which makes it really hard to read). BAH! Buycom = suck

DO NOT CAVE-IN TO BUY.COM ! ! ! !

Why are you guys RMA-ing your switches back before we've even found out whether Buy.com is going to honor their promotion or not? You have 30 Days to RMA an item - just don't open it. Furthermore, if you keep the switch your credit card company WILL side with you since Buy.com has NO legal grounds for doing what they're doing. By returning your orders, you're eliminating yourself from any possible resolution in your favor.

Anyone remember the Buy.com $50 off $500 coupon that worked like a $50 off $50 coupon?

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SHIP YOUR ORDER BACK *or* CANCEL YOUR ORDER ! ! ! !
