Hey guys,
I was wondering if Smart Guardian is an accurate program. Because currently, it says that my cpu temp = 70 degrees C. But in the bios, the cpu core temp is 37 degrees celsius. Also, the voltages are red as well. Thanks in advance!

Works great for me. I used to use Speedfan but I've found Smart Guardian to be more useful in my case.

well, speedfan and smart guardian said ~32 degrees C for like 5 seconds, then both changed to ~71 degrees all of a sudden. What does this mean? Also, there's a slight high pitched noise coming from the mobo/cpu, does that mean that it's being fried....?

Ya my buddy has this.. if you wait about 30 seconds after everything loads it fixes itself. I built a PC for my buddy with a DFI and i couldnt figure out why it was doing that so i checked in bios and his temp was 28C. then i rebooted and looked and smart guardian said it was 75C then after about 30 seconds or so i guess it slapped itself and figured out its actually about 32C Its not dangerous its just something that happenes with most Smart guardian users

i think the bios is 6.7, or the newest one. It's weird because when I run Smartfan first, it says that the cpu temp = ~32. But when I run Smart Guardian and it says that it's 71, Smartfan goes up to 71 right afterwards. Oh yeah, anyone have any idea on that small high pitched noise?
