Neighbors said they heard a loud noise that sounded like a car crash at about 9:15 a.m. and soon saw flames coming from house.
It is a 40 to 45 minute drive to Georgetown from Stacks house, the plane hit the building at 9:55 am
so to be accurate here the house was set on fire perhaps while he was in route to the Georgetown airport and not while the plane was in the air. I suppose that he used a timing device of some kind, however the Austin Police deny this at this time. Who knows
Also possible that he started the fire earlier and the crash sound was something in the house exploding, leading neighbors to finally notice a larger fire
