I've had insomnia before. Awful. About 5 years ago. I couldn't sleep for about 4 months. I lost 25 lbs. My doctor gave me clonzipan (sp?) And that fixed my issue.I would kill to sleep that long. I literally have no idea what that feels like to be refreshed. I sleep only 2-3 hours a night. An hour on bad nights. It's like living with a chronic illness your whole life. Only you don't get to call it a name and have people sympathetic to you and understanding. (saying insomnia means nothing to people)

Most likely little to no REM cycle and well - 15 HOURS of sleep.
A long healthy sleep 6-10 hours + REM cycles is practically a cure all. If you're able to achieve that consistently consider yourself lucky.
