EVERYONE SHOULD TRY THIS!

I now:

--Fall asleep at least 2x as fast
--Achieve Deeper Sleep
--Wake up feeling much more rested
--Sleep longer and don't wake up in the middle of the night
--I remember my dreams much better (not sure how)

I realize that for those ofyou who wake up to an alarm clock, that this may present a problem, but if you have a friend/family member/ roomate who is willing to help it's definitly worth a try... Or just do it on a day that you can sleep in, for me it's been an amazing change!

They make vibrating wrist bands for this, I dont have the link me right now, but they have wake up methods for people that wear earplugs..

how can you sleep with silence? I need some white-noise in the background to even come close to falling asleep. Dead silence is WAY too "loud"
