Always tired. It also seems I'm backwards from you people, on weekdays I'm dead and can't function in the morning but I'm fine in the afternoon.
By evening I'm fine and never get to sleep until late.

Yes. I eat any cereal from just Crispex (Just grain basically) to Lucky Charms (Pure Sugar). Doesn't seem to make much difference. I eat large portions too.
Lately I've started drinking a coke with breakfast too. I need all the energy I can get.
Hell, I've went to a doctor about it and he didn't have a clue. I got blood tests and I was on the low end of the acceptable iron range but everything else was fine.
EDIT: I'm 16.
