SKYRIM and life poll.

Skyrim and life:

  • I've been sleeping 2~3 hours less than before.

  • I've been sleeping 4~5 hours less than before.

  • I sleep at work, school.

  • Skyrim?, what is it? sounds kinky.

  • no time to read, must get back and steal that sweetroll.

Its only been few days but I've been sleeping less because of Skyrim.

Is it affecting your life?

I've been sleeping less because of work. I've loaded the game up 3x. Seems like more of the same (that's good as I like exploring)

I ran from a dragon this last play and ended up in some dungeon in the middle of some mountains. I got 1 shott by some bad ass dude. I'll try again in a few days when I have more time. It's fun. No time.

I didn't have a life before or after Skyrim came out. I just stay up late playing it and get up whenever I want.

My problem is the opposite! I have too much life that I don't have time to play!

Still trying to LEARN it all...

...it may be OVERLY complex.

Maybe this is TOO simple, but I liked how Borderlands played as far as an RPG goes...

borderlands isn't an rpg...it's a shooter with rpg elements, and very few at that (weapons with stats).

I stayed up until 3 AM last night (this morning) getting my smithing up on my 2nd character (level 16; smithing 51) going to start enchanting once i hit 100 smithing. Not sure how to go about enchanting though. I have a system set up for smithing, enchanting tho might be more difficult to get a sustainable system going.

I've been somewhat disappointed in some of the things I've read about Skyrim around the Net.

Seems like Bethesda just doesn't learn (or care more likely) - they keep shipping buggy/consolized games and dumbing down the Elder Scroll franchise.

I may pick it up once the GOTY edition goes in the bargin bin and there's a Steam removal patch, until then they've got a lot of work to do.

cant seem to get into it..

the controls and the graphics and the sloppy game mechanics being the top offenders to me..
played about 6 hours and kinda gave up...

after playing SWTOR dont really want to play anything else RPG wise.

Never cared about Skyrim or any other medieval/fantasy setting game, but the Fallout games (both old and new) used to dominate my life. I think I've finally worn myself out on New Vegas after ~150 hours.

Now it's just a matter of waiting until the next Fallout game! Unless it's an MMORPG, then I'll probably just kill myself so I don't have to watch the franchise die before my eyes.
