Lazy has nothing to do with it. No one wants to buy something brand new and have to do additional work to get it going.

What exactly entails a "clean install?" I completely uninstalled the 13.1's using AMD's uninstall tool from the control panel. Then downloaded and installed the 13.2's. Not to fuel this AMD/Nvidia war, but when I update my Nvidia drivers I usually just go right over the top of the previous ones(not the greatest practice I know, but i've never had any issues.) It seems a little ridiculous if I have to do more than using a tool that AMD provides.
