Well guys since I posted the above . There has been another development. After I posted here.
This is what Fugger is saying now.

So thats all changed since my above post. So I am really confused now. The only thing I know for fact is that the penryn I seen running was O/C to 4.4 ghz. I don't know what stepping it was as I wasn't told so I call it an A0 stepping to be on safe side. But maybe A0 won't do 4.4. I haven't a clue on that. I do know he now has an x38 chipset M/B but information has dried up. I wonder if he didn't see my post here.
