Its been something that ive always wanted (im sure that goes for every male out there) but never quite accomplished.. im 5' 10" about 150 a good portion of that comming from my gut (beer) Most of my friends are going to the gym.. Id get a pass but they live about 10 miles away from me.. and another 5miles to the gym... So the gym is out of the question, there are some other reasons too but I just cant go.
So basically what Ive been trying to do is work out at home. I use 2 15lb dumbells, jump rope, pushups, and pull up bar. Im so on and off and inconsistant with my work out. I guess im not confident enough.. I think to myself and ask is this really helping?.. Id rather have someone give me a regimen that I can follow.. which would include healthy eating habits.. detailed routines on what I can do exactly to get ripped... honestly I just need something to follow and I think I would work diligently towards my goal... For those of you reading, if you have been in a similar situation and have gotten to where you wanted to please give us your 2 cents..
