yeah, i hate when bank merges with other bank. i used to have an account from fleet which is now bank of america. :/

i pity those customers who suffered switching banks from summit to fleet to bank of america.

me: bankboston -> bought by fleet -> bought by BoA
:(

i might switch to citi.

still down....my chase perfectcard stillg ives me the error but my sony card (which has been canceled), shows up fine!

I also hate Chase (their website specifically) and am glad I stopped using their card/banking.

Absolutely. There is no reason they couldn't have done a switchover to a new system in just a few hours max.

Well, it could be a matter of restructuring a database... which... with millions of accounts, could be a long process.

i got that message for most of the last week (a few times it wouldnt let me log-in).

FINALLY got into mine last night. it was weird though, because i could access my bankone/chase account, but i couldn't get into the chase account.
