I have a Bank One account (recently merged with Chase). My bank will be switching to Chase soon.
This doesn't bode well for the switchover.
yeah, i hate when bank merges with other bank. i used to have an account from fleet which is now bank of america. :/
i pity those customers who suffered switching banks from summit to fleet to bank of america.
