Asians have been coming up in the dance world too. Take for example Cheryl Burke, Carrie Ann Inaba of DWTS fame; along with Kaba Modern & Jabbawockeez from ABDC. Brains and rhythm = win.
 
Go to UCI, the student body is 80% Asian, and I'd estimate that 90% of the student body is retarded. I've known some smart Asians and some downright dumb Asians.

I guess the smart Asians all go somewhere else?

Wow. That video was totally reverse discrimination.

It starts off controversial by hinting asians are smarter... and then says no... they are not smarter. Their culture makes them absorb the information "quietly" without questioning it.

The Stanford professor says, "there are no biological differences that show asians are smarter." She'll probably be the first to say that there are no biological differences that show blacks are more athletic. (another discussion, but black people are more athletic)

I noticed that too, but I think it does hold some truth.
Asians, while highly academically successful, aren't exactly known to be the most innovative or creative as a whole.
However, their culture does create a statistically much more successful demographic.
I think both asian and western culture have a lot to learn from each other.

Although it is sad I'm supposedly part of the statistic that doesn't perform as well (or so they say) for since my parents were refugee-seeking immigrants...

Oh well.
 
well its true, the asian parents will even downsize housing to live in an area with good schools.

in sf a while back they tried to spread the asians around because they thought there were too many at X schools.
pissed off a buncha asian parents. what pisses me off is that asians don't seem to count. you know how diversity is always touted as a reason to bring in hispanics and blacks, but if a school has many asians suddenly there are too many!😛 they would never say that if it were blacks or hispanics.
 
I wonder why RISD, one of the most prestigious art schools in the country, is like 70% Korean? 😕

In fact, the majority of the top art schools are like that also.

I guess asians aren't just into math and science.

Here's my theory...

First generation American-born Asians are still under strict household/culture guidelines. We're generally taught to respect our elders and your parents... so much that we're discouraged to argue back on our own opinions and thoughts. This, over time, produces a very shy, timid and introverted personality. Caucasion girls expect guys to initiate and lead.

For god's sake, anyone of you guys can do what I do. It is not about the money. Go out there with a positive attitude that draws people to you. Show confidence, lead an attractive lifestyle, dress to impress, be the slight oddball in the group to show your uniqueness. More importantly, go out there and initiate... you'll only get better over time.

Stop looking at Caucasion girls are trophy girlfriends. They're not. They can be as crazy as any other race.

And that's a fact, Jack.

P.S. I know it's like an old joke about me and my dollar bills, but I just want to emphasize the fact that money has nothing to do with it. I do not shower them with lavish and outlandish gifts. I do not go for gold diggers. The women I seek are ones that are my equal counterpart. Making money to me is a form of a hobby, keeping track like earning points or something. I don't even really spoil myself.
 
We're looking to buy a house this year and are checking out elementary schools in the area for our 4 year old daughter (who happens to be Chinese -- see sig). Anyway, the amusing part is that while the percentage of Asians at the various schools (five we've looked at) is always very small, the test scores for the Asian students are literally pegged at the top.

White girls may not like Asian guys, but white guys certainly like Asian women. Asian hoarders. 😉

Are you sure about that? I think it's she has no experience in ballroom dancing. Didn't she tour as a dancer with Madonna?
