This is really torquing me off. I ordered some stuff from truckperformance.com a little over a month ago. They called and said one of the items was discontinued, so I switched it to another product that also ended up being discontinued. Ended up just cancelling that part of the order, (received the other item just fine). All is well and good. I ended up placing ANOTHER order for a replacement of the original discontinued item, as well as a few other things, and received them just fine. However, the company still owes me over $300 for the original item. I've checked my account status on the page, and the return payment (RMA) shows "processing". I've called them pretty much twice to three times a week since the original order, and they keep giving me the runaround. Finally got out of them that since the order was cancelled (due to THEIR error, not mine), they're pretty much just sitting on the money, and will "get to it when they get to it". As I mentioned, it's been a month, and I'm getting ready to sick the wife on 'em, (she does this sort of thing for a living).
Question is, is there anyway to light a fire under someone over there and get my friggin' money back?! I mean, it's $300 fer cryin out loud! Any ideas???
