thats what i always thought. my arms and hands are covered in dirt when i get home from work. there is no way i could get clean without scrubbing

I use my hands. I don't think scrubbing is necessarily such a good thing. Also, that dead skin, dirt, etc stays in the wash cloth, and bacteria thrives.

I just use a big glob of shampoo. Rub it all over my body and I get nice and clean.
I can buy a big bottle of Suave Balsam for 99 cents.
Then I use the shower hose to rinse my orifices.

hmmm i use neither. i use hot running water.

Follow Steps

1) Open faucet

2) set to warm water

3) sit down on your butt

4) let water current fall between your cheeks

5) get your longest finger

6) insert into sphincter

7) clean anal hole until you dont feel anything slippery.

8) use soap for faster cleaning time

Unless you use a fresh washcloth every day, its a disgusting habit. I know people who hang their wet scum rags over the shower rod and reuse them for weeks on end.

The lines in the palms of your hands are more than effecient for cleaning of dead skin cells from your body, as long as you aren't peeling from some kind of skin disorder or sunburn.
