Here's my racing sim setup
What you see:
Sony G520 21" CRT
Dell 2001FP
Swan M200 w/ 10" Velodyne VX10 sub
Little Dot Micro+ amp w/ Etymotic ER4S
Act Labs Force RS Wheel with 6-speed H-Shifter
Cockpit of a Ferrari 575 in GTR2
Sony Ericsson K750i
MGE XG Magnum 500W passively cooled PSU sitting on top of the case

That setup you have looks quite sweet. I mean the steering wheel and that.

That picture was taken before I got everything set up and hooked up. I still have to put shoe moulding around the bottom of it. Phase 2 is a bookshelf rising above the main desk.

Poor college student and not afraid to admit it. I worked hard and got good deals to get what I have and I'm glad to show it off.
Believe me when I say you didn't get a hot deal on that Dell printer. We had at work (given to us for free from Dell) and its either breaking down or the print out comes out all smudged due to the horrible design of the toner cartridges.

It's had about 1000 pages through it so far, and I got it haggled down by calling dell when they had a deal on it and then I got them to give me the student discount and i used a coupon. It works great for me, and I paid less than $250 for it. If I get my 6000-ish pages out of it, it will have been worth it for me. Print quality is still fantastic.

edit: but thanks for the heads up, i'll be more likely to act quickly on any problems that i have.

How comes you have so many screens?

2 for me, 2 for the wife, and the one in the middle is used as a TV.

(The desk looks a little cramped for two people, but as you can see we were restricted by a wall on one side and a radiator on the other. It works well though, the way we sit we don't get in each other's way)

It's kinda dirty, I need to bust out the windex.

edit: everything matches my black/silver color scheme except my stupid UPS, i think i need to change that soon.

no ultramon?

Monitor + Speakers
Case + Amplifier

Screen looks small compared to speakers, but that's 19" ViewSonic A90f+
Headphones on the shelf are Sennheiser HD 485
Mic is some basic Logitech
Case is silver Tsunami Dream
cell phone (black between left speaker and monitor) is Samsung T809
Audio is 2.0 Set-up.

I have a problem: although speakers are "magnetically shielded" they still affect how image on my screen looks. Any way to get rid of this? Thanks 🙂

Yeah but I'd rather have one Ultrasharp than two standard monitors.

Those look like nice speakers. How good are they?
