I posted awhile back about injuring my left shoulder and thankfully that is better now, this involves what I presume to be my right shoulder blade.
I was lifting the other day concentrating on triceps and shoulders. Everything was going just fine until it got to dumbbell military press, I noticed that my right shoulder was having difficulty locking out which is unusual. I then stopped immediately and felt a pain in my chest which seemed to be concentrated behind my right pec. It became more pronounced when I took deep breaths and exhaled. My theory is that this stems from either my tricep workout where I was doing kickbacks, or the front raises I did prior to the military press. I'm just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction in terms of what this could be. I'm taking a 3 day break to visit family this weekend so I will have some downtime but I'd like to know if there is anything else I could/should do. Thanks!
