Should we just "disappear" him?

There’s some weird industry where people invent ways where Trump won’t go to prison. It’s basically the same industry where they invent new reasons for liberals to feel angst.

Liberals, just shut the fuck up and live in the real world.
I would love to see him taken away and actually locked up but I think that even house arrest is unlikely. House arrest would just not work anyway, Trump is fundamentally unable to stick to any rules that would inconvenience him.

I honestly don't know what will happen but him being locked up seems unlikely.

It’s fair to say he won’t be in a hard core prison cell, but absent a Republican winning in 2024 he’s going to be legit prison bound.

2016 broke everyone’s brain.

I'll certainly be celebrating with something fizzy and french the day he gets locked up.

Maybe we could call in an expert.

LOL, you think he has the kind of data retention that would allow him to recall any actual usable TS info? If he's speaking off the cuff, you can be sure there's a minimum of truthful, usable information in what spews forth from his burgerhole.
Sure for the orange monkey. But waiting on that fingerprint analysis on the documents to see who looked through them. And can’t imagine how many hours Jarad stayed huddled reading the daily brief.

I was speaking solely to the notion of him blabbing the secrets to other people in confinement :)

I’ve seen so many people here say over and over that Trump will get away with everything and then once the thing they say would never happen actually happens they move the goalposts.

I think they prefer cynicism to, you know, actually being right.
Well, yeah, goalposts should never be moved. You can't have a proper game without them. ;)

And, please, I don't think anyone really prefers cynicism over being right.

But, seriously, eski, given the events of the last several years, can you really blame "us" for being a bit cynical?

Please define disappear without involving aliens.
Yeah -- that's good! I'm making myself believe that Trump and his minions are space aliens, or victims of alien mind-control. It doesn't make me feel any better.

I almost cannot stand the thought of being in a country where someone can just get away with what he's done. It's depressing -- on top of my other daily troubles . . .

I feel you, although I think lots of people prefer cynicism over being right. People HATE being wrong.
