Man I figured you were the no vote!

*Groan* LOL not hardly sorry. To be honest, Its all for fun, I won't stay if its not, life is too short. I respect Jim and always will. He is like a brother to me, in that I will go where Jim goes 🙂 TeAm Anandtech has been my only Distributed computing TeAm/home, I do not particularly enjoy the idea of ever leaving. (yep, your stuck with this old gimp attitude and all 😉 )

Actually Mike would be the last one to cast a no vote. If there is anyone in all of the RA likely to cast a no vote it would most likely be myself.( I didn't vote at all bty)

How can I not respect this guy, he always has my back 🙂

Jim, no matter what you decide I am riding shotgun 🙂

Another yes vote even though i don't participate in Dimes.

The Rebel Alliance & all it's members are a valued part of the TeAm... always have been, always will be.

i didn't vote as i'm not sure its my place, but...I don't see any reason why not, including the "bad blood" that apparently developed at some point

but i'd certainly welcome you back 🙂
thank you for the corrected wording, thats what i meant. 🙂

*reminds self again not to post before three cups of coffee 😛

Since I am not a member of the Rebel Alliance, I will refrain from voting. I really think this is a decision for the Rebel Alliance to make. I would support them in whichever decision they make.

I'll vote "YES" (even though I am not a lemming, just a turtle). 😉 But please, Rebel Alliance, give us the dirt/history/quantum choice of what went down!

Voted yes.

I am shocked and sorry to read "personal vendetta", didn't realise RA was having to deal with something like that. Not right 🙁

As for the "No" vote - is there a team that is soon going to pass TA? Or hopes to not get passed by TA? It could easily have been someone from another team.

Yeah I was just fooling around!

Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes.

I'm one little guy with a few little computers crunching Dimes and a few other projects. I'm all for a great Mini-team like the RA crunching their little hearts out for the TeAm.

Afterall--this stuff is supposed to be fun. That's what I've loved about the TeAm--no glory hounds, just people pulling together for some noble causes.

And oh yeah--to kick some other teams bottoms!!

Welcome back RA! (speaking hopefully)😀

I'm of the camp that thinks the no vote was by a spy - and even if it wasn't, you're going to drive yourself nuts trying to please all of the people all of the time. Clearly, 99.9% of us (er, almost 😉) want you back, so please don't let one vote otherwise influence your decision.

Anyway, my vote goes to most certainly YES! 😀

The decision up up to you

Actually, the decidision isn't really up to me, since have no way of joining your account to the team... 😀

... or for that matter can't kick you off the team, if had some mysterious reason for doing this...

So, can only recommend you to join.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but alliances, mini-teams, etc., are pretty much an accepted fact of life in DC'ing. Some are conglomerations of people and some are conglomerations of computers. No difference.

I hope you guys will jump back into your project and not let one individual influence you.

My 2 cents........................😀

Like others, I was pretty much in the dark about why the RA was on their own team to begin with. Nevertheless, I voted YES to have a unified TeAm in each project. 🙂

Well, I'm going to vote no because it's all about me! I want to see MY name at the top of the list! It just ain't fair to ME for people to band together to beat ME in the standings. It ain't about the TeAm and it ain't about the project. It's about ME and how big the number is beside my name! That's all that matters. Me, me, me, me, me! And me, too!

'Cause there ain't no "WE" or "US" in TEAM, but there is "TEA" and I LIKE tea! So, there!

By the way, what project am I crunching, anyway??? 😕

😉

(I voted "Yes") 🙂

Well there is now two no votes. Of course I'm really just trying to see how many people I can pi$$ off at once you know ?
( Two so far it seems )
😛

lol 🙂

the "no" votes are probably just drive by'ers anyway, just throwing a vote up to have something to do.

"rebel alliance? huh? lets say no.." 😛

just c'mon back and be done with it 🙂

Not a member of the team here but have been helping out the Rebel Alliance team. I still have Dimes running but don't look like it does anything these days. 😛 Didn't vote in the poll but I do think it would be nice if the team was back here. 😀

HOLY COW

that was the easiest poll I have ever come across. Only problem is that I am not sure if I should be voting since I haven't been on Dimes and I am not in the RA.

Ah, screw that... I vote YES YES YES.

You guys epitomize the spirit I would like to see go forward and make TeAm Anandtech a better place for your participation.

-Sid

(I voted 3 times to cancel out the idiots that voted no.... plus one more for ME ME ME ME 😀 )

If I were an eligible voter, I would without a doubt say YES. I can think of many a project RA gave a much needed boost to, including projects I was honored to be a member of.
