no i'm talking about the Bush tax cuts set to expire for individuals making > $200k/yr or families making > $250k/year

Because not everyone is born into a rich family? Because the deck is stacked against them? Because sometimes people are just unlucky?

Most of the wealthiest people in the US are new money coming from modest family backgrounds. Most of them took huge gambles (e.g. taking on debt and dropping out of school) to start businesses. Who is stacking the deck if not government?
