Should I get 19" Wheels for my car?

Yeah but that's not unsprung weight. Lighter wheels/suspension will actually make a difference in handling.
 
IMO, if you are going to have to slow down for small bumps in the road as a result of these 19" rims then you shouldn't get them. I can't stand huge rims that leave so little tire left they are only partially functional as tires.
 
I say keep the 5 spoke. 225/40 is pretty damn low profile already....going to 19"s is just asking for a bent wheel. Lower the car more if you don't like the wheel gap.
 
Larger wheels generally look better than smaller wheels, but you don't seem to understand that there is a point of diminishing returns, and there is a point where larger wheels look WORSE.

You're just going to hit a pothole and dent them anyway.
