Can you get the Hirsch wheel in 18"?

If so I would go with that.

19" rubber-band tires on the sh!tty raods of Oregon will be hell. You will have a bent wheel in no-time.

That's a cool wheel DBYZ-kind of like the 18s on it but without that extra rim depth on the ones I have (which I don't really like as the spoke is nerfed a little in appearance.

I've moved back to washington and the roads here are quite good :) But I'm going to go check what sidewall width I can buy in 19" size-thanks FMR.

Why would you spend money on new wheels if the old ones aren't broken? You can't see them when you're driving and, the car being a Saab, the only other person who will seem them is your mechanic.

I don't like those 3 spoke wheels at all.

And your pictures aren't very useful for deciding if 19" is too big, because I can't really distinguish the tire from the wheel well. 19" is probably too big.

I think the ones you have on look much better than the ones your contemplating.

Copy that. The 19s look worse, will make your ride worse, and just seem like a waste of money to me.

Half a pound total? You can negate that with a bag of groceries. Or not taking a dump.

I think the 5 spokes look better.

The problem is that the 18s don't fill the wheel wells at all. Though with the spring/shock kit it will be tighter/lower.

I'm my own mechanic :) so no worries.

Strut Bearings :Q Similar to muffler bearings ;)

why not buy a set of the original Viggen wheels, and just be warned that they are like rubber, and will bend easily.

there are a TON better wheels that will look better than the 3 spokers you posted.

I don't pretend to be a wheel expert - I like your stock wheels fine, and better than the 19s you're looking at. Is this a rare size?

The pattern numbers are a rare 110mmx50mm.

I had the original nonbent stock 17" Viggen wheels (which are Moda fs1s-super soft and didn't like them) and sold them for $950 :)

I want 19" wheels and there are very few that fit the Viggen-the Hirsch are the best I've found that I like.
