well thats all i can provide. unless i can somehow go back in time and get a picture of me checking into the doctors office. as Chryso said, yes the bit about asking the doc to call me was a joke, i thought that would of been clear when i linked an excerpt from family guy...

I got paid $75 just to eat cookies and chat about them for less than an hour, last fall. They were good, but I didn't have an orgasm like you did. I feel cheated. 🙁
