The pain is what caused me to pass out. I am not a big macho man or anything, but normally I can tolerate pain pretty well. I'm not sure why I passed out but that is the only time in my life I've had that happen, and I've had much more painful things happen to me.

Thats an interesting point. however, what happens that to check for prostate cancer.. now bare with me.. this is all hypothetical, but lets assume they need to get a fluid sample. And the only way to get a fluid sample was to manipulate the penis in a certain way.. this certain way can only be done by the act of oral sex performed by the doctor...

Now for healths sake, would you allow a doctor to do that on you? For the patient anal penetration is probably a whole lot more invasive then oral.. but I bet more people would go with anal... also, would the oral be considered gay? Oh, the doctor also uses a dental dam..
