But yea I was being vague. Condo prices in NW Florida gulf area were all over the places. 2 unit condo on private beach? Yea, expensive. Condo in a large complex? No so bad.

You could get used Gallardos here all day every day for a year in the $140-150k range. Ferraris go for a little more but you could pick up a 458 Italia for $260k easily.
Here's a nice 1500 sq ft townhouse a few blocks from the beach in Carlsbad for $775k.
