a message to anyone who posted "generic american car does better than ferrari", i.e corvette or whatchamacallit;

that's weed.
go get some.
smoke it.
relax.
now open google maps.
select your location.
search for "fuck yourself".
click "plot route" or "plan route", depending on your system language.
go to your garage.
get inside your corvette.
open google maps, or history; it should be in there.
follow the planned route.
be careful on any bend/twist/turn, because your car is shit.
drive to your destination and post back when you are there.
it's cool mods, it's off topic, bad language is allowed.

Because I was curious, I consulted the internets...they had this to say:

:hmm:

Anyone with enough liquid assets to afford $400K for 2 cars would have enough common sense to realize that a vehicle(s) such as those mentioned have ZERO business in the control of a teenager.

Buy a $5M life insurance policy on your 17 year old step son then give him a 600 HP muscle car for his birthday ;)

I'd buy both, let him drive both for a while and then he can decide which one he wants. The other can just be parked behind the garage as a spare car. It's what any sensible parent would do.

I used to hate the idea of the La Ferrari and the hybrid NSX but I eventually came around. The technology is cool.
yeah the hybrid nsx looks sweet, but boy, it's expensive. expected to be around £150k here. (and $150k in the us ...)

My son gets excited the moment he sees one. I know its the love of his life and it will be his first. Which one should I get for him? I can get both, but I don't want to spoil him.

Whichever one you give him it won't be good enough, so he will set it on fire and expect you to buy him a better one. A new model toy car won't break you will it?

Why not let him experience the American Dream, get a job and buy his own.

Why not buy him an RV instead?
That's not a bad idea. I know a guy with an RV, and we love him. If we're going drinking at the lake, he's the guy we're going with. It's like the young adult version of being the kid who owns a trampoline.

This 5th wheel trailer is probably nicer than the homes 90% of ATOT members live in:

I have no use for that at all and I still want it.
