Should I be worried about this?

A night ago I woke up to find my entire lower left arm contracting randomly. Like, every muscle. My fingers where curled, though I could extend them with more then normal effort. This random twitching went on for a good 10-15 mins.

While I have had random twitching spells, nothing like this has happened, and not for that length of time. What the heck is it? I almost would like to say seizure, but I thought those affect the entire body, not just a localized area. My next guess is that I was laying on it funny or something.

It could be a lot of things: random neural firing, low potassium/magnesium levels, dehydration, etc. How does your diet look? If you're not getting all the vitamins and minerals you need, this could happen.

Usually not to late, I get about 8-9 hours of sleep every night.

As for the diet.. It depends. Inconsistent would best describe it. I try to generally take a multi-vitamin, but obviously I'm not perfect at it.
