I don't care what color they are, just being a rich asshole who thinks they can get away with anything is enough for me. If anything, all that wealth should come with great responsibility and terrible consequences.

..so i gather you are poor trash then.

I find these types of discussions where it is decidedly driven by partisan politics the same as the ones based on Bush wasn't legit because he "stole" the election. Well, if that was true then he was never president hence you can't prosecute him for war crimes. As has been stated many times that the majority of Democrats voted twice to authorize force against Iraq along with the boatload of UN resolutions saying the same. All of them have to be prosecuted as co-conspirators along with Obama and Biden who, in 2 1/2 years, not only kept us in Iraq and Afghanistan but unilaterally started a war in Libya WITHOUT congressional approval. Not even the hated Bush did that.

This is all just so much hack political politics.

Funny how liberals condon the death penalty if it's a poor black guy, but they're more than happy to kill rich white people.

I always found it odd how white-guilt liberals are against the death penalty because it's gender-biased yet love abortion which wipes out whole generations of blacks.

If by this, you mean the post you wrote above, I agree.

Bush *was* president. The *fact* is that the election was wrongly determined, so he wasn't the *legitimate* president, but he was president - and he did things, and he is responsible for his actions as president (morally, not practically, since there is a lack of enforcement).

*Starting* an illegal war is not the same as *running* an inherited one.

And yes, Bush not only 'did that', he did far more. He broke a promise that the 'authorization' vote was only for negotiating the return of weapons inspectors, and that he'd make 'war a last resort' when he was actually already committed to war, and IIRC he'd promised to return to Congress for additional authorization before actually going to war.

Look at the speeches of Democrats who voted for the measure and were clear to explain that their vote was based on that promise Bush broke.

Bush saw the inspectors finding no weapons, about to complete their inspections, and he launched the war, kicking the inspectors out before they could complete.

What info was false? Saddam was captured, convicted and then executed.
Although I think Bush should be shot on site by Al CIA for bombing his own country but anyways that would have ended up in just another string of accidental deaths into all the witnesses and some book store clerk being used as a escape goat

Snipped. Sorry, Craig, you cant have it both ways. *IF* a war is illegal, then any involvement is inherently illegal as well. Prosecute Bush, prosecute 'em all. Unfortunately for you, Bush wont be prosecuted, as the war was not illegal.

Using your logic, keeping an illegal child porn ring running wouldnt be prosecuted, only starting it. It's ridiculous.
