Shopping lists for dinner..

I'm looking for some ideas for dinner that I could put together for relatively cheap, and on somewhat of a bulking phase..

Your dinner every night is peanut butter and rice cakes?

I think I'd stab myself in the face after 2 days of that.

Good ground turkey burgers I've been making:

1 egg
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
dash of ground pepper
2 slices brown onion, chopped
1lb. ground turkey, 7% lean

mix all but turkey in a large bowl
add turkey, mix it all together by hand
form into 3 equally sized patties
cook on pan for 7-8 minutes on each side (cover pan)

To make things even easier I coat a sheet of foil with some olive oil and put that in the pan, so the turkey patties don't come in contact with the pan. The pan doesn't get dirty at all (you need to curl the foil at the edges so it's concave, so the oil and drippings don't run onto the pan).

I eat those as is, or on slices of whole wheat bread. Along with some vegetables.
