I've known nice muslims personally.
I've known (and was threatened by) some awful muslims personally.
I've seen some muslims people described as "nice neighbours" be violent in protests in my own city, not just other cities in the media.
I also get to see some of the worst that you don't.

Thinking "happy thoughts" won't change the commands of the quran. One can only hope more muslims will continue to reject them.

Second question answered somewhat in post above. Can't be more specific without risking my paycheque.
And I'm not going to guess the percentile of how many women in the office are genuinely rad-fem vs. opportunistic. I've worked in several where the few men in the mostly-female office had to walk on eggshells and watch every word spoken for fear of offending someone and being called to HR. I've dealt with all the petty office politics centered around which women hated other women that day and so much as saying "good morning" to one would bring on a firefight from the other. I've been "encouraged to leave" in order to make an office all-female with no legal recourse to me.

So much more, so little time... hardly worth the effort since you'll only scoff at every single one and make it fit your own narrative anyway.

Cognitive dissonance at its finest. You want to believe what feels comfortable to you and will reject any and all evidence contrary to that. Incredibly common.

That's the thing, you haven't provided any evidence, just vague statements and totally unverifiable anecdotes. That's not evidence in any rational discussion. When I tried to get you to actually provide evidence you of course refuse to answer.

Gee, I'm totally shocked at that one. I strongly suspect the real reason that you refuse to answer is because your ridiculous statements will get torn apart if you put yourself in a situation where they are actually held up to scrutiny. Your ego is too fragile to allow that to happen, of course.

I have and it follows much of what's in the Old Testament. In fact you will find that all the Prophets that are in the Bible are also found in the Quran. Jesus (Isa) is a Prophet as well.

You most certainly did not provide any concrete examples, and even though they are ultra-vague they don't even pass the basic bullshit test. ie: if you were encouraged to leave to make an office all female you absolutely had legal recourse under federal law.

So again, provide us with real examples. Ones that don't rely on people uncritically accepting your bullshit anecdotes.

There's a few scattered things in the bible about how one shouldn't lead others astray, etc. In the new testament, those things are very rare as big-J stepped in and said "no" to angry crowds of Jewish people doing what the old testament (mostly) told them to do. The general message was one of tolerance, loving one's enemies, etc. NOT wishing any harm upon others - even monsters like Saul who were butchering Christians wherever they found them.

The quran had similar messages for treating fellow muslims kindly and fairly - but to treat anyone who will not convert with "harshness" etc.

I didn't bring it up - they did, as a weapon to further discredit anything I had to say. After all, if I'm an "icky misogynist" I can't possibly have a valid opinion on anything else either. 😉

This forum is pretty much devoid of Social Justice Warrior Types. I think there are like 2 over the GG thread. When you take a cohort of mostly white, high-earning, college educated males with technical backgrounds, the odds of finding a vibrant SJW community is pretty low.
