Has anyone tried these programs? 37 and 29 are both similar.

I haven't tried a percentage based program yet, and this looks interesting. I'm pretty sure I could handle the volume, as that seems to be the most common bitch about these routines.

I can already feel my legs potentially screaming from the squats.

blahblahblah it's not Rippetoes, won't make gains, blahblahblah.

I believe most of those are typically for more advanced lifters. That is, you can still make progress on them, but you'll make faster progress on a beginner/intermediate routine.

Yeah, the gains are RIDICULOUSLY slow and anybody who's not in the advanced range would be shooting themselves in the foot by doing one of these programs. Most people aren't even intermediates and can still progress using a linear program like Starting Strength.

You'll make gains with the Sheiko programs, but if you are still able to make gains with a basic linear progression, there is no point in trying a program that has built-in periodization.

Here is a link to a spreadsheet I made with a bunch of Sheiko routines. The versions on EliteFTS are all poorly translated.
