Making a couple sammiches. I bought some real bagels from a bakery, toasted them and have some top quality Vermont cheddar. Add some red onion slices.

I make my steak using the same cast iron pan.. how long did u put it on the broiler each side? 3 min?

4 per actually. Came out medium rare. Cast iron kicks ass!
