Basically, unless you are going to use a PS3, Wii, etc etc. Then the D62U is the one to get. Heck, even if you do use those. I have used both now and the cheaper one is the same as the more expensive one. I absolutely love it. Wonderful for gaming, and general PC use is nice, cuase you can sit back and its still crisp, up close or far away.

There is NO input lag. (well, the naysays will say, Ermm, yes there is), you cant notice it though and my average frags in CS:S has increased a bit since this purchase (slightly), point is, its not an issue. Colors are alive and its also a GREAT HD TV. I was basically looking for a great monitor with a remote control without using "Clap on, Clap off." Heh. I found it. Dwarfs my Samsung 244t.
Save your money, get the cheaper of the two.
