Shampoo / Wash hair Everyday

Hi,

Is it terribly bad to shampoo or wash hair everyday ? I somehow feel bath is incomplete without washing or applying shampoo.

It isn't the best for your hair in general, but if your hair is pretty short you won't really notice.. If you have dry scalp that can be worse with regular washing.

The sebaceous glands in you scalp will adjust to the frequency of washing your hair. But it takes a few weeks. So the ticket is consistency.
