If someone cited stats on white vs black and then made a cemetery for "whites only" based on statistics, would that be considered racist? I think so.
Excluding anyone based on how they were born in hateful.

Pentium 4 was not designed in Israel. Centrino was. And I am pretty sure intel produces their processors in fabs around the world, not just Israel.
