rramjet, you probably won't get much higher, the SIS chipset is pretty bad at memory throughput. Your 189MB/s score is higher than I'm getting, though it should be since you're starting with a 100MHz FSB CPU. IIRC, my Celeron 700 is at 83FMHz FSB, 116MHz memory, and ranged from 140-180 depending on the video setting (resolution and enabling, disabling, changing the secondary display (TV). The +33 async mode i mentioned is just the setting for different FSB and Mem speed... for example you'd probably want yours set to 100/133 as shown here.
For the other timings you may need several attempts, running Memtest86 to verify stability. I would suggest you start with these settings then adjust faster or slower depending on stability. There are futher read/write common settings on the same BIOS setting page, but I'm not so sure you'd be able to change those and keep stability, especially running at 133 Memory bus. It's also worth noting that I'm suggesting these from (my) memory, looking at the bios with BIOSVIEW v2 because I don't have my motherboard available at the moment.
