And to prove YOUR point, the police recently busted a brothel in North Carolina. The victims were female illegal immigrants forced to serve as sex slaves to male migrants from south of the border. I'm sure there are similar situations elsewhere in the USA for illegals from China, Eastern Europe, etc.
Usually when one says "A gives a rise to B" it implies that B did not exist before and A is the direct cause of B.
