No one is joining at the scheduled times. If we are going to play then we need to be sure that people will be there.

Yesterday was fun, today almost no one joined. I think we should only schedule games on weekends because obviously people are not free to play on the weekdays.

I wouldn't expect this server to always be busy, but there's always some UT3 action going on in some server 😉

And honestly, you're going to be very gimped with that system.

UT3 is very CPU intensive, a dual is ideal at minimum, as it'll max out both cores, or use more if you have a quad, etc.
I imagine you could drop settings down to really low & maybe sorta play...

Yes, it's dedicated. Only the password function is not working.

It's a C2D 3GHz 2GB rig with a 15Mbit internet connection.

I play on a different rig.

This thread's encouraging me to load up UT3 again. As a longtime UT99 and UT 2004 fan, I was just so disgusted by the UT3 fiasco that I couldn't stand the sight of it even though I liked Warfare. How about setting it up for the new Domination mod, UT99 style with three teams?

For those who still want to play UT99 CTF, you can find pickup game matches--like unscheduled clan matches, on the IRC. You sign up to play, two people become team captains and then pick the other players, then everyone joins the Teamspeak voice comm server for the match.
