SETI screen saver question....

I'm currently using the SETI GUI version 3.03 on my rig, now come the question, if under preferences I set it to "data analysis always run," am I wrong in assuming that I can use any screensave I want and SETI will still run in the background at all times? Thanks for answering my "stupid" question and your time.

Yes you are correct in assuming that 🙂


Just don't use one of those fancy 3D ones, because they take a lot of CPU time away from Seti.

But, the best way to run Seti is with the CLI, check here on information on the CLI and the most popular addons 🙂
