IMHO, the "betting" with some physical reward sounds like a good idea...at first! It occurred to me last night when I slept 😕 that there will be a temptation for racers to withhold their WUs until the race begins. If we put up an actual "reward" that type of behavior will be encouraged even more. We should try to encourage "recruitement" and "system building" and not gamesmanship.
Can anyone think of a way to discourage the "holding back of WUs before the race begins"?
