Trying to install this on a VM and it keeps getting stuck at this point. Also running into this issue when trying to start existing virtuals at the Windows animated logo screen. Anyone run across this issue before?

you have some VMs that work right?

did you check the logs on the host machine?

i don't think i've seen that before...

This is with ESXi 5 running on a whitebox machine. I've had no problems running the VMs in the past using Workstation using NFS on a NAS for all storage. I will try digging through the logs and see if I can find anything. Was hoping someone had this issue before, but it will probably take a lot of digging to figure out.

so on this ESXi installation you have not gotten any VMs to successfully run?
hmm, it could be an issue of how you set up the storage pool?

Yes. Nothing has successfully booted or finished installing. Might be a problem with the storage pool, though I can see all of the files that VMWare has written.
