That was the initial problem....I don't remember exactly but it had like 40KB or 4.00KB of free space.
Like I said, I was shocked when the girl tol me that VNC gave her an error saying drive c: was out of diskspace. She had told me the amount of free space and i didn't believe it. WE deleted some minor programs and finally got it on. I was flagergasted when I found out for myself...Imagine having to see all this porn flash up for you as a kind having not being already exposed to it...
Must be devastating..poor girl
EDIT: I was helping her over the phone BTW incase that wasn't clear until we got VNC instaleld and I logged in remotely.

They keep it @ 640x480 because they have an LCD and want everything to be big
just clean it, install a firewall and there, you are done, and never have VNC server open to the internet
Mmm, newbies with broadband and disabled internet security. I think I saw a movie about that once. There was this goat, and it was tied down, and this kid was all like "Omg, lookit that goat" then there was this l33t hax0r, and when it got the newb goat, there was blood, and it like, hit this jeep that, like, the kids were in. Yeah, that was great.

what's the security like? is there a firewall or router?
are passwords used? guest account disabled?
BTW I had this happen to a client with a box w/ static ip address and blank administrator password. servu and vnc were used to controll it. it was serving up movies to french people. all the pages were in french and the last connection came from belgium.
