Churches can now ignore the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Strip more than 300,000 lay teachers in religious schools across the country of basic employment law protections.

Churches can now ignore the Americans with Disabilities Act.

So they get to ignore tax laws
They can ignore the civil rights and disability laws.
They get to receive federal funding

And just like that, publicly traded corporations can also now be “religious” or deny contraceptive and abortion coverage for any claimed moral reason (or to just save money and have government foot the bill!)

The absolute best way to increase the abortion rate is to restrict access to birth control. Good job, religion!

What are you talking about. The taxes are related to the employees not the organization. You show again a woefully bad understanding of these items. Do they employees get a tax deduction for donating to the church? Of course they do. Try staying with the concept that churches cannot take from the community and then expect the community to pay them again for the things they do for the community to qualify as a non-profit.

But where in the constitution do you find those exact words?

Yup, they can pick and choose what laws they feel like following all while demanding the public to pay them to do it.

Not coded in the constitution. Never said it was. Constitution only relates to state sanctioned religion. It is an opinion not a fact. I consider it double dipping.

They only care when the baby is a fetus, once the fetus is born and becomes a baby, they don’t care. I know a lot of these anti abortion hypocrites and they are the most vocal against providing safety nets like food stamps, low rent housing, energy assistance, daycare. They refuse to spend the taxes yet they want those births to happen. They enjoy watching those single mothers suffer and their children starving. Religious values, nuff said???

They must pay for their immorality.
