for cardio, I usually do HiiT for 30min on the elliptical. (then I go home.)
but today all the elipticals i like were used.
so I decided to try a treadmill instead of the bike or other types of elipticals.
I've never done a treadmill.
I set it for 20min @ 15min/mile pace. it's a fast walk.
after I was done and started walking a few feet, I started seeing bright spots and felt a little light headedness.
doing HiiT on the elliptical, my heart rate is up and I'm breathing heavy. but no side effects after I'm done.
on the other hand, a fast walk on the treadmill wasn't strenuous at all. I didn't even break a sweat.
so WTF?
