Proof please? And even if that was true, I would say they get filtered not because of racism in higher numbers because "too many black actors" in an American movie usually in most cases would reflect a false demographic (again unless it's a specific topic) and thereby reducing the realism of the movie itself.
How about you provide proof otherwise? It's clear you are in an argument where you have no fking clue on. Take a look around play tryouts and acting classes. It's going to be based on what YOUR DEMOGRAPHIC is on where you live, but you will see just as many black, spanish and white people trying out.
You can also find interviews with black actors that made it that talk about how hard it was to get roles.
Also more than just 'black' people watch BET.
You are not only ignorant I feel, but have a racist intent.
YOU ARE CALLING ME IGNORANT?? WHY BECAUSE I AM POINTING OUT WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DENY?
TELL ME PEOPLE, WHERE THE FSCK DID I SAY THAT ALL BLACK PEOPLE WATCH BET?????
Lets see who is the ignorant and racist one:
My post:
Things like BET this movie and other stuff send the wrong messages to the black community, a message of isolation and racism.
So a message of racism is
wrong according to my post, I would like to see black actors in movies, but not just because they are black but because they fit their respective parts and hence why I said:
It is not to say that all white movies and shows are fine with me, but I like to see things follow natural proportions(except for special cases when the movie / show requires a certain ethnic group).
If I were truly a racist like how you were so proposing then how did you arrive at that conclusion from what I posted?
Second thing, It's called Black Entertainment Television, it caters mainly to black viewers, almost all it's employees are black and a good proportion of it's viewers are black. What? Do you want me to bring forth evidence about that too? I will go through the trouble if you want me to.
And you want me to provide proof of what? I am stating facts buddy, whites are the majority and if you don't like that fact, move to Jamaica for all I care, this is not something that requires further proof than looking out of the window and sampling some demographic data about where you are and what is the population made out of.
That's the problem with people like you, you can't even have a civilized discussion with others! You want to assert your point about race and when someone speaks their mind and how they see things without insulting anyone you bash them to keep them quiet.
Here is a news flash for you : African-Americans compose ~ %12 of the total population!
Just think how many of the ~%12 will get a shot at a good education and how many of those will go into acting and film, and how many of those will go to schools that will give them the proper qualifications to land parts in the big movies. I am going to be VERY VERY generous and throw in an imaginary number like say %20 of all African Americans get a chance to go to good acting schools to get the proper qualifications for big parts, so that's %20 of the %12, imagine that 2 out of 10 black people not only in acting and film but good acting and film schools. The problem with the argument of people like you is that you want African-Americans to get something like %90 of the parts and others to see it as something normal, it might be OK but it's not logical. It's a race-biased view and would produce crappy movies because realism and qualifications meters would be way off. Quantity doesn't get you quality, trust me having only one black actor that is well qualified for his part (i.e Morgan Freema) in a movie is better than having 10 that are not.
You see the problem with almost all black movies is that they just don't attract the majority of the audience, in general Black movies try to focus on things that blacks usually like, which is fine, except the majority of the audience would like something a bit more general and with a broader more realistic message.
Here is a post from someone who actually even liked the movie and I am sure wouldn't qualify as a racist from what he posted:

 good movie
although, I've never seen soo many fur coats and references to god in one movie, in my life.
That's just to show that usually black movies have their own "theme", though there are non-blacks that wouldn't mind it (krunchykrome), I (and dare say others) would find it quiet annoying hence why I wouldn't watch it.
This reminds me of stand up comedians. Amongst my top favorite black stand up comedians are Eddie Griffin, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, those are some funny guys, especially Eddie I think he is the funniest (BTW I was just watching Undercover Brother yesterday on comedy central and I loved it). Stand up comedians are the perfect example to bring into this argument. Think about it, an overwhelming majority of black stand up comedians devote the majority of their time talking about their race and stuff that relates to blacks and so on. Which is fine except that it becomes old and unoriginal, meanwhile white comedians for the most part excel at talking about life in general. And I believe that many producers that make black only movies tend to follow the same trend in most of their productions, which is catering to black specific topics which alienated a good number of potential viewers who are not interested
in watching people in fury coats and Escalades because they already get a good dose of that in the streets.
BTW, I like your smart touch at the beginning of the OP:
Racists won't like this movie..
You kind of hinted indirectly that if anyone posts against the movie here might possibly be a racist and which is why I am being labeled a racist.
Way to go Sherlock!
