East Brunswick, NJ store was very helpful.

Different layout than I'm used to, guy directed me to the shelf and got one down. Then I said "hmm I'll use one from work one from home, gimme another one", he laughed and got it out. I actually set the second one down and came back for it, being careful.

Girl at register was very pleasant, rang it up with coupon with no qualms. When I said I'd be back in a minute with another one, she said "you don't have to take the first one out to your car, leave it here with me and get the other one." Done, and done.

I had 2 copies of the coupon printed out, but I wouldn't have needed them.

A rare low hassle episode at Best Buy.

Yeah I about fell over.

Went back the day after because I wanted one of the PNY 512 MB thumb drives for $30 since it was an instant rebate, ended up same register same girl, and she was still very very nice.

And I doubt it was because it was me, seeing as how I'm that ugly AND sporting a wedding ring.

Hell even the staff back in the shelves was helpful, the thumb drives were sold out on the shelf, but the guy found another batch of them at their kiosk that had been distributed from a delivery and would be put on the shelves later that night.

Still alive. Worked like a charm in Bellingham, WA. Clerk didn't even hesitate to use the coupon, cool guy. Still ~5 left on shelves.

$119.99 - $20 Coupon + $8.30 Tax - $80 Rebates (Hope they come!) = $28.29

Even though the original post says 8/28-9/03, I edited the title for the reading impaired. The coupon can still be used through today 9/10.

same didn't show up on the site, but I received BB rebate last week. 5 weeks turn-around.

seagate got like 3 1/2 week.
