SD 128mb Lexar card for only $23 at Wal-Mart

My local Wal-Mart (Collierville, TN) has the 'Impact' Lexar Media SD 128mb SD card for only $23! With tax the total was $25. This is by far the best SD media offer out there right now... 😀

This special is also on this week's shopper.

I'm guessing its clearance and its a huge YMMV because each store does clearance individually, there are no corporate clearance prices for the most part. Photo lab usually does not have huge markdowns on stuff either.

I saw it at the one in WYoming to, they were with the camera and 1hr film. They had alot of them.

If someone gets one could you please post the serial # on the back of the card and where it is made. I have an axim and it like to reject alot of cards.

thx

Confirmed in Amherst, NY. It's an advertised sale, $23.33 + 1.92tax = $25.25. On the back of the package:

SD128-267BF
50590 10776
P/N 9423-128, Rev. A
Made in Japan or China

Thanks for the deal, Richardito!

ps. I first looked for it in the electronics/camera area, and was disappointed to see the Lexar 128 there for like $65+. The cashier let me know that there was a large display of them in the main isle for $23. 😛

i may buy one and i don't have cam that uses it yet
but i have relatives who do
much thanks to the op!
who would have thought -- a good deal at ALL of the walmarts!

I got the last one of these at my local walmart here in NE Ohio.
FYI: these cards are marked "Impact" but are made by Lexar media so they should be decent cards.
Hopefully they get some more of these in b4 the sale ends on thurs because $23 is a great price.

Confirmed here, as well... 128mb Lexar cards re-badged and selling for $23.83.

Great deal, I picked two up last night!

Listen, if you guys really want a good deal on a SD card, I just picked up one on ecost.com...Smart 256MB SD card for 74.00 (free shipping with a $3.95 handling fee) - 25 Rebate...This makes the total 54 AR, shipped. Rebate is good till 12/7

Sorry forgot the link.

I think that we should sue ecost for advertising free shipping....it's pretty misleading imo

Store #1995 in Pocatello, Idaho didn't have these or an Ad. I don't believe it's nationwide unless our walmart is just behind?

No.

Sandisk=slow
Sandisk has "issues" with Axim
Sandisk 128MB for $25 AR back to Staples. (Thanks OP!)

For those who live near "rural" areas, try the smaller Wal-Marts.
Both of my locals were out, but the small town 25 miles away still had an entire rack of them.

Ordered it yesterday, picked it up today. It ends today, though, so you'll want to hurry up and get in before it ends (probably before 10 PM PT). 512 megs of MP3s in my Palm will be schweet. 😎

Agreed.

Rats! Checked one of my local Wal-Marts (SoCal) and they didn't have it. All they had on the shelf were Kodak, Panasonic, Lexar, and Fuji brands. No Impact and no hot deal. :disgust:

The closest deal that I found would be a Kingston 128MB SD from eCost for $35 AR, tax, and handling fee.

I picked up 4 on BF in Dallas. They had a whole pallet of them. Said "Impact by Lexar" on
top of the blister pack. SD are so small, it's not a big deal carrying a few smaller
cards vs. one larger one. Especially considering this deal/price difference.
My $.02
