AD - its highs are better but there are a decent number of 😕 moments. If you were looking at a chart it be a sine wave with the middlepoint being a 7.

Scrubs is like a flat line at 6.

AD>

Well. I voted for Scrubs at first, but after reading the thread and watching the first two episodes of AD, I'd have to say it is MUCH more entertaining.

bingo. lack of exposure to AD is the reason everyone is voting for scrubs.

AD requires a brain to appreciate the humor. therefore, I fully expect scrubs to win this poll.

AD is the only show where I've had to watch two or three times because I was laughing so hard, and for so long, I missed the next joke.

You either like AD, or you don't. For me, it was the best sitcom, hands down.

Scrubs is also very funny, and more appealing to the average person because you don't have to watch them in any order.

AD is definitely essential to watch in order and multiple times to really understand and appreciate the layers of humor. Especially when you get to the third season. There's so many callbacks to the first 2 seasons you really can't watch it stand alone.

A couple people have posted that "you can watch scrubs in any order" and sentiments to that effect...and i disagree. One of the strengths of the show is the relationships between the characters and seeing them all in order is really the only way to appreciate it fully.
